Contrast Showers Recovery

After a Long hard workout you know your going to be sore the next day. Now most people think the shower is just to take the sweat off your body. But now they've become a way to help you recover.

To Contrast Shower you should put the area you worked under the running water and massage the muscles under the water at a cold temperature for a minute then a hot temperature for a minute. Repeat this a few times then jump out. This should reduce the effects of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness).
